So first try in the InstaPot. Roast turned out great but after trial and error and 3 hours we were starving. I am a very visual person. The picture in the manual is not really where you place the knob so I cooked the whole time with out the machine having built up pressure. Well, it took 3 hours to cook but a total OK moment for me.
